Judith Fishlow Minter

Managing Director/Co-Head Loan Capital Markets at RBC

Judith Fishlow Minter is Head of U.S. Loan Capital Markets and has responsibility for syndicating leveraged finance transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients. She has spent the majority of her 30 year banking career with Citi where she was Head of Loan Syndicate for North America from 1998 through 2008. Her latest position prior to starting at RBC was as Managing Partner with North Sea Partners, a boutique leveraged finance advisory firm. Ms. Fishlow Minter received her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University.

Casey Hochberg

Director of Strategy at BrandFire Agency

Casey is currently BrandFire's Director of Strategy, where she develops brand positioning, personality, messaging, voice and social media strategies for agency clients. She also serves as a Project Manager, handling project planning, timelines and day-to-day account management. She is constantly building her cultural savviness and relevance as a social media influencer, and lends her fresh perspective to clients looking to resonate with millennials authentically.


Casey is a social media influencer - she has amassed a following of 100,000 on Instagram in two years' time, and has been reposted by major media outlets including Elite Daily, Bustle and HerCampus. She speaks regularly at universities about branding, personal branding, and social media, and on's recurring 'The Business of Branding' panels. She was was recently featured in The Huffington Post as part of their Women In Business Column.


Casey graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis in 2014.


Katie Barrett

US General Counsel for Anheuser Busch

Katie Barrett is vice president and U.S. general counsel and labor relations for Anheuser-Busch, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev. Barrett leads the legal team in the United States and manages all commercial, litigation, regulatory and other aspects of the U.S. legal agenda. Barrett also provides oversees all labor relations for the North America zone, encompassing more than 70 labor agreements with multiple unions, covering more than 40 production sites and distribution facilities. Barrett is a member of the company’s North America management committee. Prior to her current general counsel role, Barrett was senior associate general counsel for the U.S. market responsible for labeling, licensing, advertising, promotional and regulatory approvals. She also held roles leading U.S. litigation group, responsible for lawsuits, mediations, labor disputes, employment matters, product liability, environmental and regulatory compliance. Barrett has been instrumental in ensuring the successful outcomes of some of the most high profile litigations facing the company. Barrett joined Anheuser-Busch in 2000. Barrett holds a juris doctorate law degree from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Louis University. She received the St. Louis University John Cook School of Business Distinguished Young Alumni Award. Barrett served on the board of The Forsyth School, and currently is a board member of the St. Louis Police Foundation. She resides in St. Louis County, Mo., with her husband and two children.

Atima Lui

Founder & CEO at NUDEST

Atima Lui was born to a Sudanese refugee father and Black activist mother in Topeka, Kansas where her dark skin tone never quite fit in with the standard of beauty in her community. Today as Founder and CEO of fashion and beauty tech startup NUDEST, Atima licenses patent-pending skin tone matching technology to help fashion and beauty brands produce and sell products for women of all skin tones. Named one of Shopper Marketing Magazine's "People to Watch" in 2013, Atima led the digital brand marketing initiatives at Walmart US before graduating from Harvard Business School in 2016 with her MBA. She has experience working for Google, YouTube and Apple in online ad sales, product marketing, and media roles. She earned her BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis where she started a full-service hair, nail and tanning salon targeted toward multicultural customers while triple majoring in International Business, Marketing and Spanish.
