Julia Siegel is a member of the Washington University in St. Louis class of 2007. Following graduation, she interned on Capitol Hill and then spent two years working for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in Washington, DC. Ms. Siegel then relocated to Israel to complete an M.A. in National Security at Tel Aviv University, before returning to her native New York to earn a JD from NYU School of Law. Following law school, she served as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department. In 2015 she joined Goldman Sachs, where she currently works as a Vice President in the Conflicts Resolution Group.

Lauren is currently on the board of Clutch Productions, a New York City-based, women-led non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women in theater and film by bringing their works to life. Dawn E. Norvell is the Hair Color, Multicultural Hair Care and Accessories senior buyer for Walmart Stores, U.S. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to P&L management, merchandising strategy and supplier relations.
Previously she was the Marketing Manager for Walmart’s Beauty and Personal Care businesses. Dawn developed and implemented innovative, comprehensive marketing programs focused on the beauty consumer and industry trends.
Prior to joining Walmart, Mrs. Norvell was Director of Fund Development at The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. Mrs. Norvell also held various sales and marketing roles at Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods), Pitney Bowes and Philip Morris USA, an Altria Company.
Mrs. Norvell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, MO as well as a MBA from Olin School of Business at Washington University. She volunteers at Dress for Success of NWA. She is a member of Network of Executive Women and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is a native of Dayton, OH. Currently, she resides in Northwest Arkansas with her husband and two daughters.

Amanda is an innovative, strategic brand builder with extensive experience at global retail and CPG powerhouses including Walmart, Inc. and Procter & Gamble Inc. Her passion for beauty and obsession with the consumer has led her to her current post at The Estee Lauder Companies. Amanda leads global marketing strategy for the company's most recent brand acquisition- BECCA Cosmetics- where she is responsible for tripling the brand's size over the next several years. Prior to joining BECCA, Amanda made immeasurable impact at one of the beauty industry's most iconic brands- COVERGIRL. Under her leadership, the brand launched its first-ever Hijab-wearing Muslim COVERGIRL, as well as its largest shade range of Foundation in its 60-year history, helping to improve the brand's perception and sales among important consumers that it was not previously serving.
Ms. Jones is alumna of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she obtained her MBA in Marketing, and studied Luxury Brand Management via Kellogg's exchange program at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
