Meet our out-of-this-world STEM panelists! Learn about their fascinating experiences and get excited to meet them at OWN IT! Leah Honey is a Flight Controller for the International Space Station (ISS) working for Lockheed Martin, a NASA contractor at Johnson Space Center in Houston. Dr. Chiara M. F. Mingarelli is a gravitational-wave astrophysicist, currently based at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy, where she holds a Marie Curie Fellowship. Crystal Martin is the CoderGirl Program Director at LaunchCode. She first came to St. Louis in 2010 for Teach for America and taught middle school math for four years. Dr. Miho Tanaka is the Director of the Women’s Sports Medicine Program and Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
