Paola Mariselli

Product Designer at Facebook

Paola Mariselli is a Product Designer at Facebook working on Profile. She has also designed experiences for Instant Articles, Facebook Live, Videos, Albums, and Sharing.

Prior to Facebook, Paola worked at a variety of companies, from startups to Wall Street, where she held roles in project management, marketing, and finance.

Originally from Peru, Paola earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Marketing from New York University and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Paris Forest

Director of Second Century Product Support for Product Systems at Boeing

Paris Forest is the Director of Second Century Product Support for Product Systems, responsible for leading a dynamic cross functional team providing a revenue generating portfolio of solutions enabling the Second Century for Boeing Global Services, Boeing Commercial Airlines Customer Support and Boeing Defense & Space Programs. 

Paris joined The Boeing Company in May of 1999, after two internships and has held various technical and leadership positions in the Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics organization. During her time with the company, Paris has been instrumental in leading key efforts and cross-functional business and technology teams on major capital and non-capital programs and projects. Prior to her current position, Paris was responsible for Architecture & Strategy Services supporting Finance, Boeing Capital Corporation and Program Management Systems; part of the Business and Supply Chain arm of the Information Technology & Data Analytics Organization. As a part of her duties, Paris was responsible for leading the technology conversation regarding advanced technologies to enable the second century of the finance function as well as providing systems support and stability as the Technology Leader of the One Boeing Finance of the Future Program, whose charter is to reduce complexity in processes, organizational structure and technologies used to enable the Boeing finance community. 

Paris is the proud parent of one phenomenal 10 year old, Jaymeson Grant and spends her free time enjoying his schooling and sporting activities, travelling, reading, going to movies and participating in church and community events. 

Paris holds her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Missouri Baptist University and Executive MBA from Washington University Olin Business School. Paris was recently named the 2018 Woman of Color in Technology receiving the New Media/IT Leadership Award. In the community, Paris serves on the Board of Directors for Springboard to Learning - St. Louis based non-profit which is the region's largest provider of arts and cultural integration and enrichment programs, serving 55,000 students and teachers in elementary and middle schools throughout the metro east area; and Webster Child Care Center - a quality provider of care and education for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age with a focus on social-emotional and academic preparedness and scholarship programs for families in crisis. Paris also represents The Boeing Company on the Champions Board of the National Girls Collaborative Project – A national project connecting organizations working to advance the agenda in gender equity encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM.

Dr. Nacide Ercan-Fang

Associate Director for Primary and Specialty Care Service Line at the Minneapolis Veterans Health Care System,

Dr. Nacide Ercan-Fang is the current Associate Director for Primary and Specialty Care Service Line at the Minneapolis Veterans Health Care System and Associate Program Director for the University of Minnesota Internal Medicine Residency program. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. 

She originally completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology at Hacettepe University, Turkey. She subsequently recertified in both specialties at the University of Minnesota. Since then she has been a staff endocrinologist at the Minneapolis VAMC. She has experience in basic science, clinical and educational research. She was awarded the Mary E. Pennock Professorship in Diabetes Research at the University of Minnesota. She chaired Diabetes Expo with over 8,000 attendees. She has a special interest in mentoring trainees in research. She leads the AAIM (Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine) committee in resident research and is a member of AAIM innovations grant review committee. 

She has a long-standing interest in student, resident and fellow education, with a special emphasis in new curriculum development. She is the founding director of the first longitudinal integrated clerkship at a VA called VALUE. She emphasizes Evidence Based Medicine in teaching.

Nikki Zavradinos

VP of BizOps at Mastercard

Nikki Zavradinos is the Vice President of Business Operations supporting Enterprise Security Solutions for Fraud Products for Mastercard. Based in Greater St. Louis, Zavradinos has worked at Mastercard since 2007. She graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics, and received her Masters in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011. She is a volunteer with Connections to Success, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire individuals to realize their dreams and achieve economic independence by providing hope, resources and a plan based in St. Charles, MO.
